Every year I encounter the same Christmas-decor dilema. It stems from my deep love for Christmas ornaments (and, let’s face it, all things shiny) combined with an affinity for clearance racks. Each year I hit the post-Christmas sales hard and load up on all kinds of fabulous ornaments. And then forget about them for a year until I make G drag all the Christmas decor up from the basement. It is then that I realize: we have WAY too many ornaments for our tree. Normally I just load the tree down until the branches sag (I can’t bear to leave any of them in boxes…..). That’s why I love the following photos – they showcase creative ways to display ornaments without searching for that perfect spot on the tree. Behold:
