I have a similar coffee cake recipe that I love, but have never thought to put chocolate chips on top--YUM! I will try that...maybe even this week! Also, I've learned that when I use fat free/low fat sour cream, my coffee cakes also have the soggy middle, but they turn out perfect when you use the full-fat variety....maybe somethings just aren't meant to have the fat taken out! :) Great recipe!
