While J is searching for the perfect nightstand, I am on the hunt for a dresser. NOT just any dresser. It must be one that looks like this:
What is this style called? For some reason I have “Queen Anne” in my head, but I wouldn’t put money on it. So far, Craiglist has failed me. FAILED. As have all the local thrift stores. I still know what you are thinking – Why on earth would she want that? It looks kind of dated and blah…..OMG, K, GET OUT OF MY HEAD!

Totally not kidding, I think my parents have one like that….I will investigate when I am home on Saturday. Since they are in wedding planning mode, I’m sure they’d start selling off possessions if the price is right. haha.
I saw that exact dresser in an antique store in DE last weekend. $25. My husband really wanted it, which means I can’t show him this post or we’re going to be driving down to DE to pick it up this weekend.
I have a queen anne style dresser with mirror (similar to what you are in love with). It’s painted cream and sanded off to look rustic. But you are giving me ideas!! And I think it’s almost time for a bedroom redo at my house. First comes my dining room. No I haven’t painted it yet. Your creative ideas are still on the backburner, K!
