Goodness, it makes me want a house with nothing more than dark hardwood floors and all white furniture. I totally agree, sometimes colorful walls ruin a clean aesthetic. I'm in the middle of (hopefully) refinishing my room, I'll let you know as soon as it's done. I also got some awesome furniture from my mother that I plan on refinishing, too.
